  I made a reservation to sit in the piano bar of the restaurant. Called to confirm the day before. We got there, they seemed to have lost my reservation and then miraculously found it and put us in the corner far away from the piano bar, which was the main reason for going there. They gave away a birthday surprise and we felt very rushed to eat. Will not go back.

  Very disappointing. We have been going here for some years and the Decline in food quality and quality had been astounding. A medium burger burnt to the point of charcoal. Pan fried Dover sole a flaky mess. Likewise dishes my wife has enjoyed many times cold and uncooked. Decor is worn and tired and the staff poorly trained. From a genuine favorite to "we will never return"
