Parking: 5/5. Never had trouble
Store: 4/5. Sometimes clutter in back room, trash frequently over full. Can find seating most of the time.
Staff: 4/5. Most are friendly and make effort to remember your name. Some seem a little stand-offish at times
Wait: 3/5. Not terrible but during high traffic areas it can definitely get congested. At these times I order ahead on the app
Food preparation: 4.5/5. Usually en pointe but there are a few baristas who do not consistently use same amount of ice, milk, etc. so I've noticed some variation in the drinks at times.
